Vivian is a trainer and business Advisor with hands on experience in Finance & Administration, Entrepreneurship, project management, business development and advisory She has engaged with young entrepreneurs to develop their business models. She has also supported established businesses to grow, scale up, change or diversify their business model. She has delivered entrepreneurship training to start up using the business model canvas and also provided capacity building to students and researchers.
Vivian as an entrepreneur herself and shares in the belief that empowering the youth entrepreneurially is the best approach to poverty reduction, employment creation and sustainable livelihood development in developing countries.
As a business development service provider she has provided information, support, coaching, advice and guidance to business people in different sectors in incubation and acceleration. This has helped them move their business from concept to reality and has worked with many youth led businesses in Ghana in different sectors and provided them support and capacity building to turn business ideas into full fledged businesses. She does this by hand-holding the businesses from the idea creation stage, through refining business model creation, management development, market creation to potential funding. The goal is to help the businesses improve their business operations, access to market and access to funding opportunities.
Vivian has a good understanding of business functions such (market analysis, investment plan) and knowledge of the existing and emerging business support landscape in Ghana.
