Thea first started working with the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST), a training program, incubator and seed fund for African entrepreneurs headquartered in Ghana, as a business fellow in 2013. MEST was founded with a goal of fostering work and wealth in Africa by giving local entrepreneurs the training and resources needed to create globally successful software companies.
Thea has since acted as an advisor on strategic projects and currently aids MEST in marketing efforts. She now works with MEST founder Jorn Lyseggen as part of the Meltwater team. She holds an MBA from Oxford University.
