Noreen is a Strategy & Leadership Advisor, international Speaker and IIC&M accredited Executive Coach. She is also the Founder of The Radical Leap Company, a consultancy that specialises in enhancing human capital for rapid growth and increased profitability for results-driven organisations.

An award-winning and transformational speaker, Noreen has hosted and spoken on international platforms at business and success conferences, as well as on various digital platforms like web summits, radio and TV sharing insights on business growth, peak performance, leadership, change and empowerment.

She is the former Director of Operations for the Women of Africa charity (UK), and partnered with the BeMORE Philanthropy Group (UK) to raise funds for a children's special needs centre for Kenya-based charity, Vision Africa.

As well as focusing on various entrepreneurial pursuits, Noreen currently leads the mentoring programme for 20 start-up CEOs under the Unlocking Women & Technology initiative spearheaded by iSpace Foundation (Ghana), is a mentor for the BeMORE philanthropy group, Business Advisor to the Cote d’Ivoire Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, Engage & Grow™ Employee Engagement Strategist to Africa, and a founding member of Greater London Mutual, a new established banking firm in London.
