Juliet is a seasoned leader and coach who has worked in multi –cultural organizations for the last 20 years, 14 of those in senior positions in four countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. Trained initially as a journalist, Juliet brings the same urgency and energy found in newsrooms to the business environment and to the development sector.

Recently, Juliet became Executive Director at Penplusbytes, a 19 year old Civil Society Organisation which is focused on using existing technologies, or creating low cost tech solutions where none exist, to tackle civic challenges. Working with, and through a team of passionate young people, she has forged partnerships and collaborations to engage with public, private and third sector counterparts to increase digital literacy and also improve media and information literacy rates in Ghana.

Juliet has a Masters degree in Democracy and New Media form Leicester University, a Masters Degree in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Public Administration and a Masters Degree in Social Policy Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Juliet also graduated with a first class honours from the Trinity Theological Seminary, where she studied for a Bachelors degree in Theology and a Higher National Diploma from the Ghana Institute of Journalism. Juliet constantly draws on all her areas of knowledge to bring lasting solutions to development issues. She thrives in green spaces imbued with country, pop or RnB music.
