Favour Ozichukwu holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Pentecost University College, Accra, and Diploma in French from Universite Felix Houphouet Boigny-Abidjan, Ivory Coast. In 2012, her passion to represent women in different sectors led her to take a leadership position as the first female president for International Students Association.

She moved unto implementing an all Women Program funded by Comic relief (UK), and iSpace tagged Unlocking Women and Technology (UWAT) kicked off in 2016, which has trained over 250 women in and outside Accra to date. UWAT has supported 45 women to launch their businesses, provided equity funding and mentorship support.

Ms Ozichukwu took on the Phoenix Kids Project, which trains children from 8-12 years in Coding, Robotics and 3D Animation. Partnering with Ghana Code Club, Phoenix Kids have trained over 400 children from grassroots communities and 50 from urban areas.

Ms Ozichukwu is an international speaker; one of the panelist at the African Women in Tech conference, a mentor at MentoringGh, Team lead at Women Business and Tech network with a community of over 130 female founders, and an Executive member of the Ghana Tech and Business Hubs Network.
